Is this OC okay?

Computer Specs:

- MB: Asus z170 AR
- Ram: corsair 16gb 3000mhz
- CPU: i7 6700k
- Heatsink: Cooler master hyper 212x

I've currently overclocked to 4.5ghz with a core voltage of 1.34 (but it seems to dip down to 1.3). Everything is stable after using AIDA64 extreme to stress test over 1 hour.

My core temps:

- idle (no stress test): 35 deg
- Max temps: 90 deg
- Average: 80 deg

I found that even at default settings for everything my temps are about the same during the stress test.

Are these temps normal for my set-up or should I check something?

75C Warm
70C Warm (Heavy Load)
60C Norm
50C Norm (Medium Load)
40C Norm
30C Cool (Idle)

So If The Max Temp Is 90 Deg With This Cooling System I Dont Think So This Oc Is Pretty Ok 🙁

90 C Is A little Bit Too Up Degree For A Cpu 🙁 May Have Some Consequences Like Crash On Damaging If Always On Working With Heavy Jobs So I Suggest U First Of All Check Ur Cooling System And See If U Can See Anything Abnormal ?!

Hi..

I think there's a problem with your cooler installation,try reinstalling the HSF, maybe reapplying the thermal paste with "X" pattern will help. CM Hyper 212x is a very well rated cooler, so I think it should cool well enough
