Is this OC safe?

Hi all, I have recently got an i7 9700k on a ASUS STRIX Z390-H mobo.

I have no real overclocking experience but the bios provides preset OC's. I chose the pre-set for gaming and told it I have a tower cooler(I actually have a h115i but didn't want to go all out).

The system appears stable and I have tried several benchmarks and stress tests.

The settings I can see from AISuite3 while running a CPU-Z stress test for 20mins are -

CPU Freq - 5152.6MHz (99.9 watts)
DRAM Frequency - 2741.2
CPU Voltage - 1.492v
+12V - 12.096v
+5 - 4.960v
3.3v - 3.264v
Temp - 73c
CPU power phase control - Standard
CPU VRM Switching Frequency - Auto
CPU Load-Line Calibration - Level 2
CPU Current Capability - 140%
CPU Power Duty Control - Tprobe

So my question, is this a safe setup to maintain?(If you require any more information let me know)

edit to add DRAM Freq*

Thanks for the feedback, can you suggest a reasonable max value? I may try to lower it in bios and see if its still stable.

I'm a bit conservative, when i get a new CPU i want it to last 5 yrs at very least, so personally i'd not go above 1.3v, i'd settle for whatever i can get for that. but up to 1.35v for most is considered perfectly safe, anything above that is a bit pushing it, 1.49v is degrading your chip fast(er)

Thanks for that, I have removed the OC for now. I will read up a bit and try a manual OC in the future.

Best wishes,
