is this offset voltage is safe for R5 1600?

i tried to push my R5 1600 to it's limit and managed to get it stable at 3.925Ghz, the cpu offset is at 0.2, i couldn't drop it any less as the system crashes when running cinebench, i'm using Asus prime 350-plus motherboard and there is an offset option for cpu voltage only, the votage sets at 1.438v on load with max of 69c, and on 1.417-1.406v on idle with around 35c. not sure if this voltage is safe to set at or not?.

read carefully on the amd specs over 1.35 your at risk to shorthen cpu life span and void warranty on it seen a article on tom,s about this voltage settings lately .
