Difference between micro atx and atx are the size of the motherboards, micro atx being smaller.

fillipi put the build with the micro atx motherboard into pcpartpicker and it doesn't look like there will be any problems with the current parts you have picked out. You may want to click the link in his message and add on anything else, like the wireless card, if you plan on adding more stuff, to check for compatibility.

OP, this is a much better build. But if you are going with your own biuld, change teh GPU to an R9 390 and get a 750w EVGA G2.
