Good pm i have this PC build

Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-F2A68M-DS2
Skt FM2
AMD A68 Chipset

Processor:
AMD A8-7600 3.8GHz APU
Quad Core
Dual Graphics Ready
Radeon R7 Series

4GB 1600mhz Ram
22inch monitor ( 1920x1080 )

i can barely play some games in full screen like

Need for speed Rivals ( posible lowest settings + lowest resolution )
Need for speed MW2 ( posible lowest settings + lowest resolution )
Devil may cry 4 ( ( posible lowest settings + 1280x720 )

the question is. if i add another 4GB ram? would i play those games from Lowest Settings to Mid / High settings?

Thanks in advance :)

Well, it will let you get slightly more enjoyable experience. And right now adding more RAM helps you too because 4Gb is not really enough.
Recommended amount for games is 8Gb.
So it will work as temporary improvement until you can get proper gpu.

But you won't get that much improvement.

No, you wouldn't. The bigger problem here is the GPU. You don't have an discrete gpu. Just the gpu chip in the APU.
Which isn't nowhere near for high graphic quality games.

At the least you would need these to start playing at acceptable levels:

GTX750/750TI/Radeon R9 270/R9 270x
+4Gb RAM

im kinda low on budget still i found this video having a 2133mhz Ram 2x4gb = 8gb and he can play NFSR at 1366x768
and he says that he changes the allotted mhz / mb from 521mb ( 4gb Ram ) to 1024gb ( 8gb Ram )

so confused :(
