Is this okay for Dota 2 (high settings with good FPS)?

Hi guys! I am a novice in this kind of thing so I really need your help. These are the specs of the system unit that I am going to buy:

CPU: i7 3770 (non K)
GPU: Sapphire R7-250 2GB DDR3 with boost
Case: Generic w/ 700W
MOBO: Asus H61M-C
Memory: Apotop (2x4) 8GB 1600Mhz

I play on 1366 x 768 resolution and I also need your answer if the following specs will bottleneck with each other on that certain game. Thank you and God bless!

yes thats good for dota 2.
however that gpu and psu is a really poor choice.

Hi superninja12! Thank you for answering. I chose that GPU and PSU because that's only I can afford. Anyway I am open for suggestions. Hehehe! Will Palit GTX 750Ti 2gb DDR5 Storm X OC fit on those?
