Is this okay?

A large group of wires from my power supply (ETX12V) is standing on my CPU Fan's heatsink (Noctua NH-C14).

There's no other way to lay it down... but is this perfectly fine? I am just thinking the heatsink is going to heat up and maybe burn down the wires??

The heatsink should never be hot enough to burn wires but you should find a means to route the wires so that don't touch the heatsink or other components.

Wrap them up with heat resistant electrical tape.
