so I’m a new builder and I’m currently building outside of my case at the moment to check if my parts work but I'm getting the red vga light on my motherboard but it boots up fine and I am getting a display.
I’m curious to know what I should do and should I be worried about it?

Build:
Mobo: Gigabyte b650 aorus elite ax v2
CPU: ryzen 7 7800x3d
GPU: Hellhound rx 7800xt
RAM: T force delta 32g x2 6000mhz
PSU: Thermaltake GF1 750w
Storage : Kingspec M.2 SSD 2tb
Cooler: thermalright phantom spirit

Welcome to the forums!

I think that card has two 8-pin PCIE power connectors, right? Have you firmly connected both power cables from the PSU to the card?

Also it is recommended for cards with higher power consumptions to use two different connectors and cable on PSU to the card, that is, connect each 8-pin on the card to a seperate connected on the PSU using a separate cable.

Just done so and still having the same issue. The gpu still lights up & does its initial fan spins and it still boots up. Do you think I should complete the build and then go into the bios to see if it detects it?
