Is this operating temp normal?

i have an emachines laptop with an p320 AMD Athlon 11 x2, HDO: 40,temp1:51, Core at 50 degrees. is this normal temp.

Are we talking about Idle without using the laptop, or when it is in use.
If its when it is use it`s fine, I would be more worried if I was seeing a reading of say 90c.
But if it goes little above 50 c I see no problem at all Stephen.

Laptops tend to run hotter than desktops all around. Like weaselman asksed, is this temp under load or at idle?

Totally normal for a laptop Temp. You have nothing to worry about.
