okay so i finally get around to overclocking my system
cooling seems fine atm will be replacing stock read fans with some noctuas soon to reduce noise other then that heres my temps and what not
core temp- 30 C when browsing the web or watching blue-rays or any video really
idle is 18-26 fluctuates a lot never higher then 26 so far though
and highest is 34 C - 43 C when running prime ,w-prime and handbrake never past 43 and when i exit it goes down to 30's C again pretty fast
and max gaming say bf4 no more then 40 c
and my cpu is @ 4Ghz-(4082mhz) to be exact
using black hawk mid case
and the antec h20 920 khular -closed looped water cooler stock fans atm will be changing as said before
so are these temps good to high
and would i overclock more
i am trying to avoid spending 200$ on the 8350 so what would be a sufficient overclock to resemble the 8350 performance
and also i have this PC on since over clock for 2 days now straight and i have been gaming max settings and compressing video some of the time no issues or complaints yet
to sum it up
should i overclock anymore?
are my temps okay ?
should i improve my temps by getting better case fans? (all fans are stock) and 3 are not on the case because they died which are two side panels and 1 of the front 120 mm
if you want my part list let me know and ill do it on pc part picker just not much time atm
well let me know what you guys an gals think
--thanks much appreciated
