So I overclocked my AMD Athlon X4 860k to 4.4ghz on all cores and I was wondering if these stats were safe for my motherboard.
I think my CPU temps are fine according to AMD Overdrive but for the VRMs and such I would have no idea what to look for as well as voltage.
System Info

Actually, if you want a “safe” answer, the truth is that no overclock is 100% safe!
Even enabling the XMP profile of a memory kit ain’t guaranteed it’ll work, though the producer rated it at those speeds!
In overclock there is no 100% guarantee!
If you don’t absolutely need that extra speed out of your PC, then just don’t use any type of overclocking method!
But if you do it anyway, then don’t be surprised if it leads to errors, crashes, or disfunctionalities.
