Hello, my monitor's highest and native resolution is 1600x900 60 Hz,will overclocking it to 1980x1020 60Hz cause any damage?

my GPU is a GTX 750.

Solution
Actually increasing the resolution IS overclocking since with VGA the horizontal and vertical sync frequencies are increased
and with DVI the clock signal is increased. It used to be with very old CRT monitors you could fry it by "overclocking" the resolution or refresh rate
but with LCD that isn't the case. It is safe but whether it works well or not is another thing entirely
You can't overclock a monitor. Native resolution is typically the maximum resolution (ie pixel width by pixel height) for a monitor. You can't increase the the amount of pixels in a screen.

A graphics card can play at different resolutions but they will all be a lower resolutions from the native resolution.
