Is this oxidised pins on my CPU

Just to note, the CPU runs fine, I just noticed it when I removed it as I'm selling my streaming PC.

I've never seen it before though.

Is it possible to get rid of it?

I'd leave it alone, if it's not causing performance issues. I could suggest that you could use isopropyl alcohol and a soft tooth brush to wipe them clean but in reality if you go hard on it, unknowingly, you can bend or break the pins off that AMD processor.

That looks like flux from manufacturing, It wont hurt anything, I wouldn't touch it if it works fine.
