Is this going to work together?

looks good before you boot off the 770 you may have to update the mb bios. depending on the age of the mb you get.

Yes the i7 7770k is a socket LGAsocket 1155 and the p8z77-v supports it. the gtx 770 requires 600w power supply and 8 gigs of ram taks no power. So yes it will work
