Is this PC a decent Budget pc? Need Help and advice!

Is buying this Budget pc a good idea? (its $350, I think)

And I do have an extra 4GB ram card to extend it to 8GB.


Will this be a good pc for 3D animation work (Blender/Cycles)
And CAN it PLAY GTA 5 Minimal/Medium?

And no, I acctually preffer PS4 for gaming, I only use my PC for High detail animation work.

High detail animation work? Not really no. GTA 5 at minimal it probably would do, but not very well. The GPU is very weak and even 8gb of ram is not really enough.

You need a lot more PC to do high detail animation smoothly.

If you upgrade to 8GB RAM it looks decent enough for your usage/budget. Might play GTA on the lowest settings.

No guarantee your RAM will be compatible with whatever they put in there though, it is usually sold in matched pairs for compatibility so pairing 2 random sticks sometimes causes issues.

The no name PSU is a concern though, have you considered building your own system?

My current PC is a potato compared to it, and I get Amazing Animation work done, Its just I need More Cuda Cores to Do it faster and not set fire to my house....again...
Ok, So GTA 5 wont but Gmod guaranteed.
All I care about PC's is if its Nividea, and Fast enough for Blender(Animation software).
I also do Video editing, but my Stupid laptop can Do that stuff.

So is it a good PC for Editing and PhotoShop?
(High end animation renders dont actually need a strong GPU, it mostly Needs a CPU that won't self-destruct. But its a lot faster using Cuda-(Nvidia stuff)
The more cores the better)

So I prefer a pre-built pc guaranteed to function and it has warranty...

MSI Radeon R7 360 2GB is a decent entry-level gpu;
As far as AMD mobos go these days the MSI 970 GAMING AM3+ is a good one. And could overclock well.
500W Antec 80+ PSU is really key here if you go the overclock route (and you should);
8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz is like bare minimum for your kinda of work.

OMG thanks, Im actually a console peasant, But I also enjoy Gmod,
The main Thing that I use my PC for Animation and Video Editing, In the future I'll upgrade it as I go.
But for the 'Base version' this seems the best budget option.
