Is this pc any good for gaming?

As you can see i'm on very low budget.I'm planning to game on 720p(1366x768) monitor with medium settings no AA. Will this pc be capable playing new games for about 2 years starting from battlefield 4 multiplayer(64players)?

I am not a genie to predict the future, but for right now this components will give you to medium to low gaming experience with the latest tittles. If you don't need to buy the pc right now, you could wait for the new series of amd
gpu's

Well i live in Asia so the prices are a bit higher here overall.
Other components are:
fm2 mobo
8gb ram
seasonic s12ii 520w
500gb hdd blue 7200rpm

I'm only worried about that cpu - athlon x4 740? How good is it,is it ok for the next 2years?
fx6300 here costs almost 60$ more so it's kinda out of my budget
