It will run all the current games, great choice . but I would get 600-650 Watt psu to stay on the safe side. If you want to overclock, 600 is your power supply
It should run all games in this line-up and in the future at a solid 60 fps. You may have to tweak a bit of settings but with a beast of a gpu like that you shouldn't have a problem. I personally think a more powerful psu wouldn't make a difference. It is common that you underestimate a psu's power. 550w should enough but if you have some extra money to spare you could shoot for a 600w. It most likely wont make any difference but i guess you could add some future-proof points if you were going to upgrade specs anytime in the future (though I don't think you would need to with those specs)
I don't like the motherboard and the RAM. Faster Ram benefits Skylake. So with that said you want to go with a Z170 motherboard and the fastest RAM that it will allow. Pref DDR4 3000MHz +
I also agree with Manny_2. I would boost that PSU to at least 600, preferably 650 watt. The Power Supply is thee most important component of a build imo yet it normally the first casualty of the budget for most builders which is unfortunate.
