Is this PC any good?

I wanna try build my gaming PC and i have limited budget. This is what i can buy in that price range. Any advice is good 😀 😀 And tell me can this CPU handle games on high preset at 1080p 😀 😀

I would say you'll be able to handle games at med-high with this at 1080. I would suggest looking at buying an 2.5in ssd instead or as well as the hard drive, ssds make a huge difference, m.2 might be a overkill in this. An ssd will give you the biggest price to performance boost, next best i would say would be a slightly better cpu.
