Is this pc any good?

Hi guys, so i'm planning on buying a secondhand desktop pc. I was scrolling through fb when i saw a post on one of those online shopping groups and one dude was selling his desktop. Here's the specs of the pc:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 3570 Processor
(6M Cache 3.40GHz)

IDK DK-03 Halo w/ Led (red)

Ecs H61h1-M2 w/ backplate

8gb Ram 133mhz

GTX 560 1GB

500Gb HDD sata

Case : Rakk Panasque w/ 3 Ounus Led Fan (RED)

Since i don't know much about hardware, i wasn't sure if it was any good. He's selling it for 11,000 Php. ($210). I was wondering if it'll be worth the purchase if i were to buy it for that amount. Oh and it includes the monitor( 19"), a keyboard and mouse.

If you have no pc at all, its a good start, i think price is reasonable

i5 from 3'rd gen still can play even newest games(maybe not on full details but still) that gtx 560 its around 1030 in power, so it will stop you from setting anything higher than minimal(but playabe!)
its good PC for web/light games.

Agree the graphics is crappy, see if you can take it out of the deal and get something better, used 750ti or 960

For listed components the price is good.
To make this pc any decent, you'll have to:

• upgrade ram to 16GB;
  add SSD;
  replace PSU;
  add a decent graphics card

If i do end up buying it, would it be okay if i just upgrade it piece by piece or will i have compatibility issues if i do it like that?

Of course. I'd start with adding SSD to the system.

Psu~unknown, prepare to buy a good quality cx550m
Gpu ~ all cards will fit.
Ram~ddr3 not suggestef to invest anymore.new pc uses ddr4
Ssd ~ price going down slowly, be patiant
