is this pc build good for gaming

i play alot of games on pc ex: league of legends, world of warcraft, multiple steam games and minecraft so i finally got some cash and wanted to build a pc with these parts:
motherboard: asus ranger vii
cpu: intel i7 4790k
ram: 16gb kingston hyper x 1866mhz
graphics card: msi nvidia gtx 970 with twin frozr
HDD: 2tb seagate barracuda 7200rpm
SSD: N/A
power supply: thermaltake 730w
case: nzxt h440
any adjustments or suggestions? im going to use a 1080p 24 inch monitor and razer keyboard and mouse and headset and im hoping to play at around 100fps

I would recommend that you lower the CPU to a 4690K and buy an SSD. Even if you only use it for the OS and programs, it will make your computer feel much snappier.

A 730W PSU is overkill; a 600W is more suitable. XFX PSUs are always good options.

If you want a frame rate of 100 you also need a 120Hz or 144Hz monitor. A 60Hz monitor won't display anything above 60 frames-per-second. You may already know that, but it's usually worth mentioning.
