xD, and again me, but this time I learn a little from the people over here, thank you all, so this build is a final and I want to know if it's broken in some way, it's a bit expensive though:
1) CPU - Intel i5-3570K Core, Socket 1155, 3.4GHz;
2) Motherboard - Asus Sabertooth Z77 (now I know that Asrock Z77 Extreme6 is the same and cheaper, but I took Asus for thermal armor and it looks better (sexy xD))
3) Graphics Card - Asus GeForce GTX 680 DirectCU II 4GB GDDR5 (I decided to take nVidia because of physX, I know that purely in graphics ATI is awesome, but I hate that they up until now didn't do anything to have the same support, I would have take ATI if it had PhysX, and I took this specific card for its power consumption which is incredibly low in comparison to others if I'm not mistaken);
4) Memory - Corsair Vengeance PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 8GB CL9;
5) CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-D14;
6) Hard Drive - WD Caviar Green 3TB SATA3 64MB;
7) SSD - Samsung 840 Pro SSD Series 256GB SATA3 Basic Kit;
8) Power Supply - Corsair CX750M 750W 80 Plus Bronce Modular;
9) Case - Corsair 500R Carbide Series.
I'll be glad to hear your thoughts on this metter, as my understanding goes this setup should produce cold not heat xD.

It definitely will produce more hot air than cold air.

1. CPU + Motherboard + RAM + CPU Cooler + SSD + Case look good.
2. Unless you like the GTX 680 and must have it, you can opt for a GTX 670 at $100 less. The performance difference is very small -- about 10%. That's the first place I'd save money. The Radeon HD 7970 is about the same price as a GTX 670 and is better so you can opt for it.
3. The PSU is rather weak, not in terms of wattage, but in build quality. The Corsair CX series are meant for basic builds, not high performance builds. I suggest a Corsair TX 650W V2.

Thank you for your input, what about GS series, something like this Corsair GS800 V2 800W Gaming Series? Yes I like very much that graphics card.

Ok thank you.

I would have, but I like to have PhysX, hence nVidia.
