I want it to be able to play assasins creed unity watchdigs and skyrim with mods at ultra and also call of duty advanced warefare and gta

EDIT ok I used the other guys build as a base and change some things to it and also I plan on using the stock cooler so no need to add one and I added an ssd and another question is the non gold edition of that graphics card any less better?

What about going with an i5 4690k? That would save almost $100 right off the top that could be put toward another 8gb of ram or an ssd. Far as I know there isn't a ton of difference in gaming between the core i5's and i7's. In most games, bf4, metro last light, company of heroes 2, sleeping dogs etc there's only 2-4 fps gain for the i7 over the i5.
