Need a new PC for professional digital content creation including working with 4k. Gaming is a bonus.
Not too familiar with having to pick my own PC components so I just picked what I thought looked about right within my price range of ~ £2000-3000.
Is this build good value for money, capable of 99% of DCC tasks and future proof for the next few years? If not, what needs changing?

Which of those SSDs do you intend to use as the boot drive?

Are my eyes deceiving me? I don't see any mention of a cooler for the 13900K.
The latter SSD
and no, your eyes are fine. My copy and pasting is not !

If you require a mechanical HDD due to the need for large size, you will want to at the very least make sure to get a 7200RPM model. A 5400 RPM drive is going to be significantly slower.

You don't need to add a network card as any Z790 board (And pretty much anything else out there these days) is already going to have good integrated NIC already. I'd also probably recommend swapping that Gaming X AX for the Aorus Elite AX which is about ten dollars more but is a better board overall supporting higher memory speeds (Which by the way, you might want to rethink the kit you picked, as this system will support much faster memory and it would be advisable to look at something more along the lines of a 6400-7000MT/s kit.)

H100i (240mm) is a bit small for that CPU. I'd recommend at least the H115i (280mm) and a 360-420mm model might not be overkill in this case either, but at minimum I think I'd want to see a decent 280mm model if you're going with an AIO.

Looking at the selected parts for your region, on PC Partpicker, this comes in barely under your budget with minimal changes, but does not include a case so hopefully you either already have one you plan to use or are able to stretch the budget a little bit.

I would suggest a 12 core 24 thread all performance cores CPU like the 7900X.

the 4090 would be the best choice for 4k DCC with the 24gb Vram.

Included a 10 gbps ntwork card if you want. the mobo has a 2.5gbps LAN port.

I would also suggest this mounting bracket along with the cooler:
