i build gtx 1050 2gb oc with 8GB RAM with i5-4460 with h81m motherboard is this build worth it?

A little too much in my opinion, the cpu is quite outdated and the gpu isn't great either. Are you buying it used or new? Do you have any other alternatives?

i will buy it used but in good status and gpu i will buy it new

If I were you I would buy it without a graphics card and put in something like an rx 470 later on. The i5 is not great by today's standards but I also have it and serves me pretty well. What games will you be playing?
