Just to give you perspectives;

I have a friend that has an I5-4790 with 16GB/1333 on an H81 Motherboard with a GTX 970 Video card which for the record is a faster processor, twice the ram, a comparable video card and pretty much same motherboard.. and he gets 50-60fps at best in PUBG.

I run a I7-4790K, 32GB/1600 on Z87 Motherboard running a GTX970 SSC video card and I run PUBG 90-100FPS.

I would suggest you get I7-6700K with Z board. or i7-6700 with B Board. or maybe consider for the price (and this depends on your country of origin) get one of those I5-8400 with B370 Boards.

So using your links and me using pcpartpicker I tracked down your parts and the listing looks like this:

Is it possible to buy the one i chose first then upgrade it to the i7 or ,do i need to get the other motherboard you suggested too?

(Im nubguy ,just a different device)

sure then get this instead of getting 6th gen get the 7th gen for cheaper, and yes it permits you to go forward later with i5-7500 or I7-7700 as a upgrade path

ill go with intel
But if intel pentium is as good as intel i3 7100 ill go with the pentium (cheaper)
And i will keep the power supply and the memory the same(could't find mushintik)
If you have a cheaper alternative to ballistix ill go with it (not mushintik though)
And im not sure if I should go with the pentium or the i3
And i also don't know if the 450W is good ,because i might upgrade the intel to i7 right?and the gtx too
