Is this PC enough for Ultra Gaming?

I don't know anything about motherboards or what connections they have. But I know that a 1080Ti will be enough for gaming on Ultra settings, and enough for 4k with high settings as well (right?).
But the price (2030€, $2360) seems to be quite low compared to similar pcs from maingear for example, is it because there's something missing? Is the ventilation bad or something, I dont know anything about these things, so maybe that's what's bad.

BASICALLY, is this PC enough to run games (like PUBG, The Witcher 3, etc) at 60 fps on ultra settings, and run at high frames on a 2k or even 4k monitor n high graphics. And is the HDD storage fast enough for quick load times?

I live in Spain, so sorry for the spanish. Hopefully you can understand all the important parts.

Thanks in advance for any answer.

Habla no espanol. So only a glance but regarding CPU GPU mobo ram etc - Yes it will run 60fps on max settings.
4k is very intensive, let alone for next years games. You REALLY do not want to go below 60fps.
If you havent already consider a nice large 32"1440p screen & forget 4k.

Thank you very much! Really useful.

Thank you very much. Unfortunately, I am not qualified in the slightest to build my own PC and haven't the time to learn how. Do you think that the lack of a K CPU will make a big difference, becuase there's an option to upgrade it to a K 25 euros. And will the power supply lower performance by a lot?
