You need to change the PSU and GPU. PSU from Corsair contains poor Chinese capacitors and transformer which is not good for overclocking and gaming and for AMD Corsair PSU that contains ' c ' in its model name like cx and also the vs is really not recommended. ... Take a better GPU as r9 270x is pretty weak. Get minimum gtx960. I have done some changes, take a look at this:
