I'm looking at building my first ever gaming PC, i've looked at a lot of videos and read a lot of tutorials and i have made a list of part i think will be good. I am looking for other peoples opinions on this build. Please tell me if you find something that is not compatible.

Solution
CPU + MB - Skip overclocking. It isn't needed to game at high settings and the cost saved can get you into a larger GPU and an SSD. Look toward the B250 or H270 chipsets (with four memory slots) paired with the i5-7500 or i7-7700.
MEM - Always install modules in matching pairs to take advantage of the dual memory controllers. A single module will have you in single channel mode (reduced performance).
HD - The WD Blue is a better performer.
PSU - No. XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA GS / GQ / G2 / G3 lineups, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
