Is this PC good enough for medium settings 1440p for recording and streaming?

I'm will buy a pc with the following components also contains the procentage from Userbenchmark
UserBenchmarks: Game 94%, Desk 89%, Work 69%
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K - 90.6%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 - 96.5%
SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB - 91.9%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (2016) - 87.1%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2133 C13 4x8GB - 74%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3

I'm not the kind of guy with "Ultra or high" settings . Just want to know if i can play like PUBG , GTA V , CSGO , Rocket League , COD WW2 on Medium-low and i could have 60+ constant fps in all games without a problem Recording and Streaming and rendering in adobe premier cc
