bought it from ibuypower for the payplan.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 - 8GB - ASUS STRIX RGB
i7-7700K
16 GB [8 GB X2] DDR4-2400
240 GB Kingston HyperX Savage SATA-3 SSD
750 Watt - Corsair RM750X - 80 PLUS Gold
ASUS VG248QE LED 3D Monitor 144hz
ASUS Prime Z270-K mb
Corsair Hydro Series H55 120mm Liquid CPU Cooler
240 GB Kingston HyperX Savage SATA-3 SSD.

My friends told me that i should've gotten an m.2 ssd though i dont know if this one is good.

Don't worry. You could have done better as far as the build quality goes if you had built it yourself. You should be fine though. I wouldn't worry at all. I've saw people game on way worse build quality and their PC lasted for years before their PSU started having problems or their motherboard died. Your PC build quality is much better than what I'm talking about too. You will likely have this PC for 5+ years before you start having any hardware issues. An M.2 SSD would have been better but really just about any SSD is going to give you performance improvements over a regular old HDD. As far as overclocking goes you'll probably be limited by that motherboard rather than the CPU.

Yeah I'm not trying to scare you. It's not likely to just fall apart for no reason. I have seen some pretty terrible build quality from ibuypower though. I would at least have somebody look it over at some point. You could check some things yourself like making sure screws are tight and plugs are snug.

What I am worried about is that it has to go from cali to canada ontario. that means through borders and customs. I am afraid UPS might drop it or something. Also i have heard that they sometimes put in the wrong parts. Do you guys think that if I call them and ask them to be 100% positive everything is in working condition and the exact correct parts are being used they'll actually check it? and if UPS messes something up with the package iBUYPOWER will compensate me for their screwup? thanks for the replies so late at night guys, giving me peace of mind :)

yeah I would be able to check it out myself if theres something wrong with it when it gets here. and yes I do have 3 year warranty.do you know if the warranty cover if the pc comes broken? + i paid for "expert cable management" whatever that means. it should be done expertly either way lol
