Is this PC good enough?

I want to build my first pc to play games like BT3, Crysis 3, and all that good stuff.. Is this good enough to play those games on ultra settings?

Yes you'll be able to play those games on ultra, a small doubt about that i5 but i think it will but the rest of your system will definitly run on ultra.

I would NOT buy that power supply. Look under CoolerMaster in the attached link: Hardware secrets tested it and it burned up and failed.

And yes, I think I am paying too much for a video memory I will never use..
I have only one monitor and I think I won't be even playing games above 1600x1200.. Is the GTX 660 2GB good enough for me? Or maybe should I get the HD 7850 1GB? For a lower price of course..

Yes, that Seasonic is an excellent PSU.

Re. the video card: I am running two GTX 660s and I can smoothly play BF3 and Metro 2033 on Ultra. I have played both these games on a single 660 and had to dial back AA and one or two of the other settings to HIGH. To be honest, I never saw a difference in the graphics with the slight reduction of quality. I think the 660 alone would be a good choice and save some money, HOWEVER the 7950 is going to play the games a little better.

What about the 7850 1GB? Is that card good enough to run new games smoothly on ultra+low resolutions?? Or maybe the 2GB version, or that's too much?
I have seen many videos of people playing games on max settings with this card, so I was thinking maybe if low the resolution a bit I could get even more fps.. but I don't know (take in mind that the fps is more important to me than resolution)

BTW: The cards that are on my budget are:
HD 7850 1GB and 2GB
GTX 660 2GB
HD 7870 2GB
The HD 7950 3GB is too expensive and unnecessary for me..

Radeon HD 7850 1GB = 45 FPS
AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB = 58 FPS
Radeon HD 7950 3GB with Boost = 62 FPS

Yes, that card will fit; and that's a nice video card. I think you will be really happy with the room in the case, and perhaps a bit surprised at its size as a mid-tower case. Here's a Newegg link, open the link check out the dimensions (it should handle up to a 13" card) and especially check out the interior pictures. Heck, their full-tower case is only tenths-of-an-inch bigger.
Not only that, the one you like is pretty cool looking!
