Okay guys, ive been looking up for a new gaming pc for the past days and found a couple of OK pc for gaming. I cant built computers so that was out of the question. I went on looking for the perfect one when i stumbled across this computer.

Whats your overall opinion?

I mainly wanted to play games like Amnesia,Half-life 2, TF2, MW3, maybe even BO2 in mid-low settings.

KEEP IN MIND: i dont want to play intense games like crysis 3 or bf3, just games with less intensity

The GPU in it is worthless for gaming.

The PC has an OK CPU, but workstation graphics card so no I don't think it's any good for gaming. The range for gaming PCs starts somewhere around 600 bucks if you build it by yourself. You really should try it, it's not difficult by any means... For one I built my first PC when I was 13.

NONONO! That's horrendous for gaming. BTW, maybe if you looked at the vid itself it would seem more easy. And I built my first computer when I was 11. And trogdor, how is that cpu one of the worst in existence? Do you remember the pentium 3/4?

He must be one of the guys who bought an AM3+ mobo and sat on it for a year waiting for AMD to release their Bulldozer series that was destined to crap all over Intel. :D

Hmm...i see..is it that bad? ive seen gameplays with the Gt610 and people played mw3 bf3 on it. Guys, i understand the building of the pc, but im not looking into playing graphics-demanding games, all i want to play is freaking amnesia, HL2, F.E.A.R and other horror games. Im a mid ranged gamer. I might buy the pc and upgrade it's graphics card

You guys should know that the pc i have now is goddam ANCIENT. mx440 :O

A Gt 610 is not meant to game with. It is the cheapest POS that Nvidia makes this series. It is meant to power a display to use the internet or MS Word. It may be possible to play a few games on it, but it will be bottom of the barrel performance. If that is all you want, just buy the cheapest PC you can find.

Depends on the resolution you're gaming at as well as what you would personally define as 'good'.

I should have said one of the worst processors made recently.

The reason it's so bad is it's outdone by dual core pentiums because Bulldozer architecture is absolutely horrible. Now Piledriver on the other hand, not so bad...

And no, I didn't sit on an AM3+ Mobo. I've never owned an AMD cpu or motherboard. I am simply able to read benchmarks and reviews and realize what components are best for your money, which none of the bulldozer processors are...

But the main problem with that build OP wanted was for sure the GT 610.

Not a bad link from Bystander, but once again, Bulldozer CPU. Would it hold back that 7750? Probably not, but I would look for something with a Piledriver GPU or Intel CPU.

As for you only being a mid range gamer OP, I get it. You don't want to play Crysis maxed out. But that doesn't change the value you get for your money. Building isn't hard and gets you better performance, so it makes the most sense regardless of what games you wish to play.
