Is there something i can get that's better?
Here are all the parts:
i5-7400 kaby lake PROCESSOR
gtx gaming g1 1050 ti 2gb VDC
corsair vengence 8 gb ddr4 RAM
Gigabyte GA-H270-Gaming 3, Socket 1151 MOTHERBOARD

Is this pc good for gaming? That depends on how you define good. Any game should play. Some will be at lower settings. It all depends on what type of game and at what resolution. That makes for a decent entry level system.

Is there something i can get that's better? Of course there is.

Without knowing your budget. I could not say how much better. Without knowing your country. I could not accurately list the parts.

Using your parts as a base line. I assume a $500 budget. I'll also assume the US. As I think that is the most common country posted from here.

With that budget you can build this:

Each would be better and support overclocking. The GTX 1060 build would be better out the gate for gaming. The Ryzen 1600 build has more processing power. It is better for general use and long term CPU support for games. So, you would just need to replace the GPU for your next upgrade. Not both.

Theres just a little problem , gtx 1060 is 380 euros here in Romania , and if i calculated everything you listed there on the first list it would be more than 780 euros in my country.. and why is everyone recomanding me amd instead of intel? I remember everyone saying that intel is the best , has something changed ? Is amd better at gaming than intel?

New AMD Ryzen series is occupying the market with cheaper and comparable functionality :) Best choice for economic rig players

GTX 1050 Ti is enough but maybe RX 470 and GTX 1060.
