Build looks OK to me. But for the RTX 2080 and your RIG, get a slightly higher Wattage PSU from the same brand, Seasonic. Nvidia recommends a min 650W for this high-end GPU.

Definitely get at least a GTX 1050Ti. It's bigger, better brother is the RTX 2080 which has recently begun to come down in price. Look for a Newegg "Shell Shocker" daily deal or similar Lightning deal at Amazon. For around $700 total you should certainly be able to get a nice rig for gaming at high detail at 1920x1080 resolution.
