Is this PC good or is there anything to change

I built this pc on pcpartpicker and I was debating to buy it or not, it looks pretty good to me but I am not a genius on this stuff. It is my first custom build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vHRmKZ

Looks good to me. Don't really need the liquid CPU cooler, but if it's just to look pretty go for it.

EDIT: The ram is running at a higher frequency than your motherboard can run it at. You can still use the ram and it will run at the max speed the motherboard can handle but will not run at the rams full capability.

another question I have though is, should I get a 1060 6gb or a 480 8gb graphics card, I will be playing some old games like csgo and team fortress, maybe overwatch so which one

I have an RX480, RX480 beats GTX1060 in some titles and vice versa. Can't go wrong with either card, just pick the cheaper one.

EDIT: Overwatch gives you getter fps with GTX1060.
