Im planning to build a budget computer for gaming and streaming. Can you please review it if it is okay to build or I am lacking something. Feel free to review thanks.

Mobo - Gigabyte AB350m-HD3 or Gigabyte Z370-HD3
CPU - Ryzen 5 1600 or I5 8400
GPU - Palit Gtx 1060 6gb dual fan
RAM - 2x 4gb Avexir Core Series 2400mhz with led = total of 8gb ram
HDD - WD blue 1tb
SSD - Kingston 120gb
PSU - Corsair 650w gaming psu
PC CASE - Raidmax Alpha Prime Rgb with fans
Monitor - Acer R231 23" IPS, Full HD

For gaming, I'd recommend the 8400 with the Gigabyte Z370-HD3.
Please get a GPU from a reputeable brand like ASUS,GIGABYTE etc...
Please get higher frequency RAM from a reputable brand.
What is the PSU model? Is it CS,CX,RM or VS series? I'd recommend solely the third one on this system.

Avoid the VS series at all costs. Very low-quality. I suggest an RM550 or EVGA G3 650w. For RAM, get yourself a corsair vengeance 3000Mhz ddr4 2X4GB kit and for GPU anything that is included in this list: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/video-card/#c=373&m=8,14,18,27,40&F=0
