I would suggest looking for a Gold certified PSU, and a different motherboard. other than that it looks fine.

I think rather than BIOSTAR Motherboard, its better to go with AsRock (if you want a decent cheap MoBo)

The rest are good IMO...

But, there's one problem that I have to point out, are you going to OC your CPU? because the B75 chipset can't. You'll have to go with a Z77 chipset at least and that'd be around 100$ or more.

if not, maybe you can go with a non-K proc like i5 3570, 2500, or so...

Also that 64GB SSD is tight. You will always be struggling with it. After updates etc. I'd go 128GB if you possibly could.
