Is this pc "good"

Solution
I increased your price by $10 and made good improvements. For one, better mobo and cooler to overclock the 6300. Also, you don't need Black. I own a Black and a Blue WD HDDs and I can't tell the difference except that the Black is noticable (noise). Lastly, a semi-modular PSU, quality, is a must.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($112.98 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($99.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($74.70 @ Newegg)...
Get a better motherboard. That one has problems. Get a fx 990 chipset one if you can or at least Gigabyte 970A ud3

Get 2 x 4gb cl9 1.5V 1866 ram - only a few dollars more than 1600

Double check whether the gtx770 will fit in the 200r case. PartPicker soemtimes gets iy wrong

The CX psu's have been giving problems. You only need 600W anyway. But get a good one eg Saesonic 620, XFX 650 or Antec HCG 620M
