Thanks! :)

These guys have pretty good deals, poke around you can pretty much built your own PC on there. They will put it together for you and ship it. I think it's the next best thing to building your own. Good luck.

They have good deals, but what they have in deals they lack in quality control and quality component selection. A lot of the time they'll slap some POS no name junk power supply in their systems that will fail on you after a month. Even if you don't want to build a system, and you can get more PC for less money that way, there's better solutions out there than Cyberpower.

Yeah their quality control does suck, I know from experience.

But they more than make up for it in selection options, you can essentially build your own PC with parts that you know are good. That's where I built my first rig, mostly because they also give a banging warranty on the system. As far as I'm concerned they are the best in-between buying a pre-built PC and building your own.

Buying a PC from Cyberpower is not under any circumstances the same as building your own PC. The reason I'm against Cyberpower was already stated above. They slap a lot of no name and generic components in your PC and call them "name brand memory" or "80+ bronze PSU" without ever saying who manufacturers these components. If they don't tell you, flat out don't buy it. Plain and simple. Configuring a component selection and having someone else build it for you is not the same as do it yourself. So why recommend them if quality control sucks? Keep in mind that these are real people spending real hard earned dollars here, they don't want to spend money on a bad PC.

What? Click on the link I provided. Everything is categorically sorted, the PSU section even has filters by brand lol. All the information is there. I didn't say it was the same as building your own, I clearly said it was the next best thing. Quality control sucks, but it's nothing that bad. They forgot to plug the second 4pin into the CPU grid for me, that's all. And of they do <mod edit>up monstrously, hey that's what the warranty is for.

So their case selection ranges from base model Apevia and Raidmax junk (which is what would be purchased on a low budget) to decent mid range Corsair and NZXT models to unaffordable In Win cases. Then you have liquid cooling which you don't need on a system of this budget range, and then there's this:

" DDR3 1600MHz Memory
4GB (2GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory (Corsair or Major Brand) [-20]"

"600 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Certified Power Supply - SLI/CrossFireX Ready"

Once again no major name brands are listed. If they're not don't buy it. I cannot emphasize that enough. And again I ask why waste money on a PC if all you're going to do is send it back for an RMA so they rebuild it the correct way? That makes absolutely no sense.

Dude, the brands are literally right there, Antec, EVGA make pretty damn reliable power supplies.

Same filter are on the ram.
