Will this be good enough for current AAA games at 1080p and maybe 4K?

1080p yes 4K nothing close.
The processor will strugle in some of the newer games like BF1 multiplayer.
You should get more of a power supply to allow for upgrades.

1. get B350, not A320, waster for Ryzen's overclock ability
2. dual channel ram instead of single stick
3. poor psu
4. 1060 6gb can handle 1080p easily, no 4k...

My budget is about £600 to £650 and if I get the b350 instead and overclock it and get dual ram will it be more worth it?
