The PS4 has Bluetooth 2.1, USB 3.0, a SATA 3 500GB HDD, 8GB of unified GDDR5 RAM, a quality PSU and an APU with untapped potential which Sony says is comparable to a $300 GPU alone - read up about the optimized potential of the GPU. Also at US$400 along with bulk discounts Sony gets, the PS4 is sold at a loss.

Good luck getting exactly the same performance with $1000-1200.

Shouldn't the GTX 760 be stronger than the PS4 GPU.

PS4 GDDR5 is similar 5500Mhz this Combination has fast GDDR5 ram in addition to 6*800Mhz(effectively 4800Mhz?) which may equal one chunk at 5500Mhz.

You could destroy the PS4 with a $1,000-$1,200 computer... The one in the OP will not be comparable, but a $1,200 would obliterate the PS4. The PS4 plays games right now at 900p upscaled, at 30fps.

Yes Gtx760 is powerful than the PS4 APU since games for ps4 are heavily modified to work in that environment.
