Question Is this PC rig going to do what I want it to?

I am new to PC building and want to make sure that this build is compatible and will meet my expectations. I currently have a 144Hz monitor and want to play Rainbow 6 Siege at 1080p on as high settings as possible while still maintaining an FPS to utilize my monitor properly. Secondly I only want to spend what I have to but, understand that you get what you pay for. With that said here is my current build list, as I am new please give feedback and critique as needed. That build will do 1080p 144. Im not sure at max settings but that is a pretty good start.
