Is this Pc specs good for game streaming?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690
Motherboard: Asus B85-Pro-Gamer
GPU: Asus Strix GTX970
RAM: Kingston DDR3 8GB 1600mHz(1x8GB)
PSU: OEM brand 700W
My hdd is WD Green 1TB, are those specs can make game streaming? Im using OBS Studio for streaming, and playing Overwatch, Medium graphic setting.

Sure it is. Of course it isn't the fastest quad core around, but it should play games well enough for 1080P.

The i5-4690 is a quad core CPU with a 3.5 GHz operating frequency and 3.9 GHz turbo frequency. The main weakness is the RAM. You only have one 8 GB stick of RAM. So not only is 8GB barely sufficient, it is also operating in single channel instead of the normal dual channel.

So I'd recommend a matched set of 2x 8GB dual channel DDR3 RAM. The RAM kit below is one that I would recommend and it is relatively low latency as well with a CL9. The motherboard is limited to 1600 MHz, so you can't upgrade to faster than that.

Also if you switch your operating system to an SSD, that will dramatically speed up startups (and overall performance).

It is possible. But there is a good chance that it will be dissimilar enough that it will not work in dual channel. It may be able to be used as two sticks in single channel.

If you are to economize, once you have the dual channel set working , you can try selling the other stick on ebay.
