Is this pc worth 1.8k for Nxt Gen?

You should honestly think about spending less on the accessories like mouse, keyboard, headset and invest more in your rig.
Also, that many extra fans aren't needed. You will be fine with the fans that arrive with the NZXT Phantom case. Budget your money well and you probably can afford a better GPU, GTX 780 perhaps.

You don't need 7+ case fans for a GTX 770.

It's up to you on the peripherals/GPU cost but I'd personally be more inclined to half the cost of the peripherals and put that towards a better GPU, you should be able to get a GTX 780/R9 290 then.

Same goes for your RAM, you're better off sticking with 8GB for now and popping in another 8GB when the time comes that you actually require it.

Um, I guess i forgot to save my last update the ram is 8gb and I already have the cpu cooler optical drive hdd and the psu i listed the gtx 780 because my 760 was told to be not good enough this is gonna mostly be for Gaming next gen as this is my first build there is accesories since i dont have any.

-8gb of ram is plenty even for next gen gaming.
-Added a SSD for fast booting and loading times.
-Upgraded from the GTX 770 to a gTX 780.
-Removed all the un-necessary case fans.
-Upgraded from the Phantom 410 to the Phantom, which is just the full-tower version of the case for the same price.
-IPS monitor at the same price for better image quality.
-Switched out the keyboard to a better quality one. Razer keyboards aren't that great in quality. They're over-rated and over-priced.
-Changed the mouse. I'm not too familiar with Roccat, but I know the G500s is a great mouse. The sensor is good, it has a nice size to it, and it'll last a long time.
