No, but this will not play better than medium. The CPU is DATED and will struggle in modern titles as games are becoming more and more CPU dependent.

Depending on the games. Nothing Heavy like Battlefield 4. For that it can go maybe at a higher medium settings.

yeah i will the thing is also i gotta wait two weeks to build your pc and i want a pc now but its better to wait and get a better pc then one now that sucks

If you can sink about 700-800 into a custom build, you can perhaps run most modern games on high-ultra. But even that can be pushing it. Games like battlefield 4 need at least an R9 280x to run ultra on multiplayer (that gpu by itself is close to the cost of that $500 pc) and even that isn't 60fps.
