I was going to build the same exact computer but literally its almost the same amount. The prebuilt one i listed above is a total of $1,479.00

The one with the parts i picked out is almost about the same with the total of $1,469.74

If your price of building yourself includes Windows, then do whatever you feel. If the same parts turn out to be the same price as the prebuilt but it comes with a legit copy of Windows essentially for free, then I would go with the prebuilt. I know it isn't much help, but there you have it. Oh make sure to check the quality of the PSU in the prebuilt, OEMs tend to skimp on the PSUs so that could also make you want to build your own.
