Is this PC worth it or are they lying!

I'm a not very good with PC but I've taken interest because games are cheaper ( I'm a cheap ah heck).I know its from Ebay but I also want to upgrade stuff too.

P.S. I sorry if in the wrong category I'm knew to this.

Edit: I'm not going to be playing Minecraft the games I will be playing are: Skyrim, Borderlands 2, dead space 3( It runs smooth with everything on high on Intel HD 4000), GTA 4( I just found it on my Steam library. ) and Space Engineers.

Will those all run well?

If not is there anything else like that with Nvidia Geforce GtX graphics?

Yes, it says 500W PSU. There are good ones and bad ones.
This is almost certainly a bad one that I would not trust to power a desk lamp.

Yes, but it doesn't specify the brand, you could end up with a rubbish Cit or raidmax one

Do you know what a FM 2 is. I searched it up on wikipedia but it didnt help

Bottom line:
This seller does not have any special low price parts source that no one else does.
So to get a particular advertised price, he has to include some cheap (crap) parts. Parts that *I* would personally never buy or use.
And leave out other things, like the OS.
