Is this pc worth it?

Hey whatsupp, im new to pc gaming and im trying to find a budget pc. I found a pc for 75eu , can you guys let me know if this is worth it? Want to play some csgo and fortnite on lowest settings.

for 75 euros, its OK. the CPU is about 8 years old, the GPU is about 7 years old.

Its not going to run modern AAA games, but shoudl run older ones just fine.
