Question Is this PC worth it?

From that link, it's hard to say which (chipset)board is being used to drive that entire system. The quality of the board will affect your ram overclocks and the sort of ram upgrades you can go with.

I think you'd be best off building a system of your own using PCPartPicker. That way you have control over what you buy and you can end up buying parts that you'll (likely)never have to change, like a reliable PSU and an matx case.

It does offer lots of upgradability. You could go all the way up to a Ryzen 9 3900x, 32GB RAM and whatever GPU you fancy.
