I'm currently looking at a deal on a Dell Gaming Inspiron 5767 for $630 USD
Specs:
Ryzen 7 2700(Non X variant)
16 Gbs ddr4 at 2366 mhz
RX 580 4gb
1TB 7200RPM HD
~450 watt PSU

I would be using it for primarily gaming. Want to use it as a jumping off point for upgrading in a few years. Mainly concerned about how many years the CPU could give me before I need an upgrade.
I'm not opposed to building. Overall it seems like a pretty good deal to me, want to see what other people think.

Should I get this or wait till Black Friday/Cyber Monday and wait for deals on prebuilts or parts then?

Solution
The amd RX580 specifications calls out a minimum PSU of 500W.
So there you may have a problem
Otherwise judged by the many gamer inputs here on forum, the RX580 would be a very good beginner gamer card.
It has 4k 60HZ HDMI support.

But the pricetag on this PC build ... ?
